Description

We require an dedicated, experienced, fully qualified Baby Room Leader to join this setting and to be in - charge of the Baby Room and also act as Deputy Manager. You must be able to demonstrate a through understanding of the EYFS Framework and have some supervisory experience as well as at least 2 years experience after qualification. Our client has a fantastic setting, well established and very popular and busy and they are one of the UK's best and leading Nursery providers

Your Key Responsibilities may include -

Act as Room Leader and to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Ensure your staff team provide high standards of care for the children.
Lead planning for the EYFS curriculum and maintain accurate records.
Ensure that your staff team are always aware of each child's individual needs and that all children are kept safe and that the staff understand, and follow Child Protection Procedures.
Support the staff and supervise the staff with their day to day duties.
Be responsible for participating in all self-development activities including appraisals and supervisions.
Meet with the manager on a regular basis and report on individual children and staff
Meet with parents
